Privacy Policy

In short

This app does not collect, upload or share any personal data. No account, no ads, no analytics.

What we do not collect

• No sign-up and no login
• No name, email, phone number or any contact information
• No location and no contacts
• No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and no ads inside the app
• We do not track you and we do not share data with anyone

Photo library

The app reads only the photos and videos you pick, and writes your results, stickers and videos back to your library when you choose to save. It never scans the rest of your library.

Date and location in photo metadata (EXIF)

Used to pre-fill the place, date and time on your artwork. Coordinates are converted to a place name through Apple's on-device geocoding service, an iOS system feature. Posté has no servers of its own and never stores or transmits coordinates. You can edit or clear these texts in the editor.

Motion sensors

Tilting the phone moves the light on the glass. Used live on device, never stored.

Data kept on your device

Drafts, works, passport stamps and preferences live in the app's sandbox. Deleting the app deletes them; you can also delete works and stamps individually inside the app.

Payments

This version is completely free. No in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no ads. If paid features are added later, purchases are handled by the Apple App Store and we never receive your payment details.

Children

This app is rated 4+. Because it collects no data at all, it collects no data from children either.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, this page and the date above will be updated.
